OCRBrief processes files you submit and may return extracted text, converted documents, summaries, redacted outputs, and signature crops. Output quality depends on source document quality and third-party providers, and is not guaranteed to be error-free.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must have legal capacity to use this service. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OCRBrief only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You must not:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Upload unlawful, malicious, deceptive, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the platform
• Interfere with other users, service availability, or security controls

OCRBrief software, branding, interface, and non-user content are owned by OCRBrief and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

OCRBrief is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCRBrief disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to defend and indemnify OCRBrief against claims, losses, or costs arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
